Welcome to my website, I’m Damaris and I live in a small village in Somerset, England with my two children and our cat Serenity.

I decided to set up a blog in 2020 on maternity leave to share the plethora of knowledge that I have on subjects I’m passionate about including; vegan lifestyle and sustainable living.  

I have been a vegan since 2016 and although I was raised a vegetarian I became a pescatarian for some of my adult years prior to this. 

My love for sustainability actually came before this. My mum has always been quite eco conscious and always encouraged us not to be wasteful of food, energy or water. Due to this I have always purchased more resusable products in general.

However, when my son was born in 2014 I realised that I could definitely do more to help the planet and since then I have been on my journey to zero waste and learning so much along the way. 

I hope you find some of my articles useful, my focus is sharing beginners sustainable lifestyle tips and vegan lifestyle as well.
